At Maria Teles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you need to exchange or return a product, please follow the procedures below.
2. Deadline for Exchanges and Returns:
– You have up to 30 calendar days after receiving the product to request an exchange or return.
– For products on sale, the deadline is 7 calendar days.
3. Conditions for Exchanges and Returns:
– Products must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use and with all original labels and packaging.
– Personalized or custom-made products cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
4. Exchange and Return Procedure:
– To start the process, contact our customer service by email atendimento@mariateles.com or by phone (11) 9 9226-5010, informing the order number and the reason for the exchange or return.
– Our team will send you a postage code so that you can send the product back at no additional cost.
– Once the product is received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm the exchange, return or possible refund.
5. Refund:
– The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase and may take up to 10 business days to be credited to your account.
– In cases of partial returns, the refund will be proportional to the value of the returned products.
6. Defective Products:
– If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, contact our team within 7 calendar days of receipt, informing us of the defect and sending photos for analysis.
– After confirming the defect, we will exchange it for a new product or, if you prefer, provide a full refund.
7. Customer Service:
– Our customer service team is available from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, to answer any questions and assist with the exchange and return process.
